Gym Closures
We would like to bring to your attention that the monthly fees for our academy cover all scheduled closures throughout the year. In the upcoming year, you will be billed for 46 weeks, taking into account 5 weeks of planned closures. These closures include a 2-week break during Christmas, a 1-week break at Easter, and a 2-week break in Summer. Additionally, there may be an occasional extra closure, the details of which will be communicated to you promptly via email:
Easter Sun 20th April – Sat 26th April, re open on Sun 27th April 25
Summer Mon 28th July – Sun 10th Aug 25, re open on Mon 11th Aug 25
Christmas Mon 22nd Dec – Sun 3rd Jan 26, re open Mon 4th Jan 26
Fees are paid to cover your child(ren)s place, regardless of holidays/illness etc. Would you please place all money in the correct change popped into an envelope, and posted in the letterbox by the front desk.
