Birthday Parties at Sandwell Flyers; Why not give your child a party to remember? You can choose from a number of party options for your child and you are guaranteed the whole Academy to yourself, along with your own party host to supervise or lead activities and ensure everything runs smoothly, giving you time to relax and socialise with the other parents.
Party Pack 1 - £100.00
Up to 10 children (Extra children from £10.00 per child)
Maximum 15 children
90 minutes of free play
30 minutes for dinner (Self Catering)
Party host to supervise
Sweet Cone for each child
Party Pack 2 - £120.00
Up to 10 children (Extra children from £12 per child)
Maximum 15 children
60 minutes of lead activities
30 Minutes of Free Time
30 minutes for dinner
Party food lunch box that consists of:
Ham & Cheese Roll, Crisps, Chocolate Bar & Drink
Party host to lead activities
Sweet Cone for each child
Party Pack 3 - £180.00
Up to 15 children (Extra children from £12.00 per child)
Maximum 15 children
60 minutes of lead activities
30 minutes of Free Time
30 minutes for dinner

MUST be paid when booking.
Terms and Conditions
- Minimum charge of 10 children per party for pack 1, 12 for pack 2, and 15 children per party for pack 3.
- A none refundable deposit of £25 is required within 7 days of booking the party to secure the booking.
- Children attending parties MUST be supervised at all times by a parent or responsible adult. A minimum ratio of one adult to 3 children is required.
- Sandwell Flyers rules MUST be adhered to.
- Dont forget to remind your parents that there are no shoes allowed in the academy.
- Final numbers are required 2 weeks prior to the party.
- Dont forget to hand in your list of all the children who will be attending the party so we can confirm their attendance.
- All children must wear BLACK socks or tights and the wearing of long sleeves is advisable.
- Please don't forget to bring your own birthday cake, knife, candles, napkins, party balloons and banners. We will be more than happy to cut and wrap it for you,
- ALL children under 5 must be accompanied by an adult
